1. Order tests
Choose any combination of DNA tests and quantities. Add collection supplies in the same cart if needed.
2. Add birds & collect
After checkout, add a Bird ID and optional details for each sample. Follow the feather or blood collection guide.
3. Mail samples
Package each labeled sample separately and mail them to the laboratory. Samples can arrive on different days.
4. Receive results
Track laboratory progress. Reviewed results and branded reports appear in your customer portal after release.
Keep every sample identifiable
Use a unique Bird ID on both the physical sample envelope and the matching portal record. Do not combine birds in one envelope. The laboratory assigns a separate human-readable sample ID when each sample is received.
