Information we collect
We collect account, order, bird, sample, shipping, and result information needed to provide laboratory services. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by Baileys Exotic Silkies DNA Lab.
How information is used
Information is used to fulfill orders, identify samples, perform testing, release reports, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain legally and operationally necessary records.
Access and security
Customer records require authentication. Administrative access is restricted by role, and sensitive operational changes are recorded in an audit history.
Contact form spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions and reduce automated spam. This check connects your browser to Cloudflare. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about how it handles data during verification.
